The sticky polyester carrier allows for quick weeding and easy repositioning of any elements that may have been accidentally removed during the process. Whether you’re working on intricate logos or large designs, AmeriFLEX™ Cadflex can be layered with itself or combined with other AmeriFLEX™ films to achieve the perfect look.

Plotter Settings:

  • Cut Settings: Mirror the design before cutting
  • Blade: 45°
  • Minimum Cut Size: 0.3 cm

Application Instructions:

  1. Cut: Use a 45° blade and mirror the design.
  2. Weed: Remove excess material.
  3. Heat Press: Preheat to 145°C (295°F).
  4. Apply: Place your design on the garment and press for 12 seconds.
  5. Peel: Wait 6-7 seconds and peel the liner semi-hot.
  6. Pressure: Apply medium pressure (3.5 bar or 50 PSI).
