The Ameriflex™ Reseller/Distributor Models
We have three models to meet the needs of your business goals.
- The Bronze Model. This is our reseller model. It’s the one we recommend for smaller businesses and solo entrepreneurs.
- The Silver Model. This is a distributorship model for those who keep inventory in their location. Often a brick and mortar store or warehouse.
- The Gold Model. This is the highest distributorship model. This is the one we recommend for distributorship that need a high volume of stock.

The Bronze Model
The Bronze model is our reseller model. It’s designed for small businesses, solo entrepreneurs, and companies that don’t keep stock in house. If you operate largely online or want to resell to your customer base without the need to deal with inventory, this would be the model for you.
With a Bronze Account, you can place orders with Ameriflex™ through a drop-ship model.
Overview of the Bronze Model:
- Place orders through a drop-ship model.
- There is a $5.00 drop-ship fee.
- You pay shipping charges.
- Needs a minimum initial order of $2,500.00 to begin.

- 10% discount off market price.
- Ameriflex™ Reseller Logo and promotional material for your website.
The Silver Model
The Silver model is the lowest distributor model. It’s designed for smaller to medium-sized businesses that keep inventory at their location. If you own a warehouse or brick and mortar store, this might be the model for you. This is often a business that needs in-house inventory but not in an exceptionally high quantity.
Overview of the Silver Model:
- Officially Licensed Distributor.
- The initial order must be at least $3,500.00 to start.
- Must maintain an annual purchase volume of $21,000.00 or more.

- 25% discount off market price.
- Listed as an authorized dealer, which promotes your business/location on Ameriflex’s™ web properties.
- Authorized Distributorship Logo for your company website and promotional material.
The Gold Model
The Gold model is the highest distributorship model we offer. This is ideal for larger businesses that purchase a high quantity of stock. If you have a brick and mortar location or warehouse and need a large inventory, this would be the model for you.
Overview of the Gold Model:
- Officially Licensed Distributorship.
- The initial purchase of $7,500.00 or more
- Must maintain an annual volume of over $37,500.00

- 35% discount off market price.
- Listed as an authorized dealer, which promotes your business/location on Ameriflex’s™ web properties.
- Authorized Distributorship Logo for your company website and promotional material.
- Given the authority to sell on Amazon (Exclusive to Gold Level Distributorships)
