Questions we get asked
Do I need a resale certificate to apply?
To apply, no. To buy tax-exempt, yes — send it before your first order and we'll set it up. If you don't have one yet, apply anyway and we'll point you at the right form for your state.
Does the minimum initial order have to be one order?
Yes — the minimum is the value of your opening order, and it's what qualifies you for the tier.
What counts toward the annual volume?
Your total purchases with us across the year, including vinyl, DTF supplies, sublimation and accessories.
Does volume pricing stack with my tier discount?
Yes. Your tier discount comes off the price you see, and roll pricing already drops as you buy deeper — up to 35% less per yard at 50 yards. A distributor buying 50-yard rolls gets both.
Can I sell AmeriFLEX products on Amazon?
Amazon selling authority is granted at Gold level only. The discount is the same 30% — Gold adds the Amazon rights and priority stock, not a deeper discount.
Can I finance an opening order or equipment?
Yes. Apply for financing here.
I'm coming from a supplier that closed. Can you match what I was buying?
Yes. We're an authorized Siser® stockist and we manufacture our own lines. Call us and tell us what you were running — we'll cross-reference it to the closest equivalent we carry.
