When is a package considered delivered?

AmeriFLEX deems the order delivered, when the package is delivered to the correct shipment address provided and left at the doorsteps of the residence fore residential orders or at the place of business for commercial orders.

If the delivery contract requires that someone sign for the package, however, delivery is not transferred from the seller to the buyer until the hand-to-hand transfer occurs.

What if my package goes missing?

If a package is stolen off of your porch, there are a number of steps you can take:

  • First, contact the carrier to be certain the package was delivered in the manner agreed upon. They may reimburse you if you purchased insurance.
  • Second file a police report. A buyer must be able to prove that the loss of the package was not their fault in order to be reimbursed. Filing a report will not only help your claim, but it may help keep a thief from striking again.
  • Third contact your credit card company and inquire if you are covered by any purchase insurance.  With a police report you may be able to make a claim with your card to be reimbursed.
  • Fourth, contact us with your order number, police report and any other information pertaining to the shipment.  In some cases at our discretion we may or may not be able to issue discounts or replacements for your missing order.  This is not guaranteed and entirely up to the discretion of Total Ink Solutions Management.  Decisions are made on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged during shipment please contact Total Ink Solutions directly. We will file a claim for the shipment, and reship your order of ink, supplies, or vinyl. If equipment is damaged then the equipment manufacturer that shipped the equipment will handle the claim directly with the client.
