QuickMask™ Transfer & Application Tape — One Range, Six Tack Levels
Transfer tape is the step most people get wrong. Too little tack and the design stays on the carrier; too much and it lifts the vinyl off the shirt. QuickMask™ covers the whole range so you can match the tape to the material instead of forcing one roll to do every job.
Which One Do I Need?

How To Use It
- Weed your design first, leaving only what you want transferred.
- Lay the tape down from one edge, squeegeeing as you go so no air is trapped underneath.
- Burnish firmly across the whole design — this is what decides whether it lifts cleanly.
- Lift at a sharp angle, close to 180°, pulling back on itself rather than straight up.
- Position on the garment, press to the vinyl's own settings, then remove the tape at the peel temperature the vinyl specifies — not the tape.
Getting The Best From It
✔ Match tack to material — glitter and reflective faces need their own tape; standard tape under-grips them.
✔ Test on a scrap first when working with a new film.
✔ Warm the tape slightly in a cold shop — adhesive tack drops in low temperatures.
✔ Reusable for several pulls until it stops picking up cleanly.
✔ Store flat, out of direct sun, away from heat.
