Cadflex is the ideal heat transfer vinyl for applying detailed designs onto nylon and other synthetic fabrics, including jackets, duffel bags, umbrellas, shoes, backpacks, and more. Its specially formulated heat-sensitive adhesive ensures strong, lasting bonds, giving you confidence that your designs will remain intact over time.
This product is designed with ease of use in mind. The sticky polyester carrier allows for quick weeding and easy repositioning of any elements that may have been accidentally removed during the process. Whether you’re working on intricate logos or large designs, AmeriFLEX™ Cadflex can be layered with itself or combined with other AmeriFLEX™ films to achieve the perfect look.

- Blade: 45°
- Minimum Cut Size: 0.3 cm
- Cut: Use a 45° blade and mirror the design.
- Weed: Remove excess material.
- Heat Press: Preheat to 145°C (295°F).
- Apply: Place your design on the garment and press for 12 seconds.
- Peel: Wait 6-7 seconds and peel the liner semi-hot.
- Pressure: Apply medium pressure (3.5 bar or 50 PSI).
